Banquet Hall

The Crowley County Heritage Society and The Town of Crowley work together to make the Center available by advance reservations for group activities. Leslie Terrones, as town clerk, facilitates the building’s usage and is your contact person.. Either group upon their discretion may wave the set fees or adjust them for board and community service meetings and community activities that are open to the public.

Use Fee and Deposit Rate Schedule

A $100.00 minimum for groups of 50 or less is charged for an event of three hours. Over the three hours, the charge is $10.00 an hour. The fee for groups of 50 and over are charged a rate of $50.00 an hour, with your deposit fee applied to the cost. A $40 cleaning fee will be charged in addition unless arrangements are made to clean the center by the rentng party. You are not charged for decorating and setup time as long as the time frame is not abused. Such as going over 2-3 hours for such purposes. After that time you are charged a fee of $10.00 an hour. A minimum of $100.00 if a meal and dancing are planned because of the wear and tear on the building. A public dance is prohibited but family and friend parties with dancing is allowed. Alcohol may be served in moderation as long as there is no charge for such beverages. If rules are abused, you will not be allowed future usage. The local sheriffs department may be asked to monitor dances where alcohol is present.

The rules may change from time to time as we continue to try to protect the building THE FACILITY IS ON THE STATE AND NATIONAL HISTORIC SIGHT LIST.

THE HERITAGE CENTER IS A SMOKE FREE BUILDING. Bird seed only, may be used outside for wedding receptions. All bags, ribbons or containers must be picked up outside the building after your event.
