The Crowley County Heritage Society and the Town of Crowley work together to make the Center available for group activities by reservation. The Crowley County Town Clerk facilitates building use and is your point of contact. Either group, upon its discretion, may waive the set fees or adjust them for board and community service meetings and community activities that are open to the public.
Use Fee and Deposit Rate Schedule
- For a group of 50 or fewer, a $150 minimum fee for a three-hour event.
- For a group of 50 or more, a flat fee of $200 will be charged.
- No charge for decorating and setup time as long as the time frame is not abused. Such as going over 2-3 hours for such purposes.
- White or lace tablecloths can be rented for $1 a table.
- A minimum of $100.00 if a meal and dancing are planned because of the wear and tear on the building.
- A public dance is prohibited, but family and friend parties with dancing are allowed.
- Alcohol may be served in moderation as long as there is no charge for such beverages. If rules are abused, you will not be allowed future usage

The rules may change from time to time as we continue to try to protect the building. THE FACILITY IS ON THE STATE AND NATIONAL REGISTER OF HISTORIC PLACES.
THE HERITAGE CENTER IS A SMOKE-FREE BUILDING. Birdseed may only be used outside for wedding receptions. All bags, ribbons, or containers must be picked up outside the building after your event.
