Annette Barber
President
Annette is a retired teacher from Crowley County High School. Annette recently helped organize the Crowley County Alumni Association for two all-school reunions in 2016 and in 2019." Annette also gives programs in the school on our county history, provides tours for the museum, and conducts historical research for projects and families.
Shirley Talkington
Treasurer
Shirley stepped in to fill the position of her mother, Norene Aydelotte, who was a very active member of the Heritage Board. Shirley recently agreed to take on the responsibility of treasurer. She is always ready to help with any activity for the Heritage Center. Shirley is retired from Ordway Building Supply.
Linda Sullivan
Correspondence Secretary/Vice President
Linda owns the Sullivan Cattle Ranch in the county, and is very involved in the work of the ranch. Linda organizes meals for our programs and events and anything else she can volunteer for.
Kathy Beyer
Secretary/Volunteer Historian
Kathy is a retired librarian from the town of Ordway. She lives in Crowley and volunteers her time at the Heritage Center to historical research. Kathy is active in the Rocky Ford Garden Club and the Olney Springs Ceramics.
Jack Lundahl
Director
Due to his health, Jack recently stepped down from the job of treasurer, which he held for several years. Jack helps in many ways with the maintenance of the ranch area in our landscape and any other way he can.
Rob Burmood
Director
Rob has lived in Crowley County his entire life. He was educated here and adds great knowledge to our local history. He lives in Ordway with his wife Michelle.
John Bowers
Director
John Bowers grew up north of Sugar City on a ranch. His grandfather homesteaded the area in the early 1900’s. John is caretaker of the Sand Arroyo cemetery and is a great historian and tour guide of our drylands to the north.
